Full credit will be issued for items returned within 30 days of original invoice, less shipping costs, with the exception of fabricated/custom or special items.  

• All returns must have an RMA # listed on the outside of the package or on the shipping label.
• Always call us at 1-800-252-8117 for assistance prior to requesting a return authorization.  
• The items must be returned in their original condition and in their original box or container. 
• Customer assumes responsibility for damage to items during return shipment.  

Credit will be adjusted, when applicable, for damaged or missing items.   If an order is refused at time of delivery, customer will be responsible for any and all shipping costs. If you are ready to request a return authorization please use our return authorization form.

Shipping Policy

Viking stocks the majority of items that we sell on-line.  The majority of orders will be processed within 24 hours.  Orders placed by 12 noon Central Standard time may ship that same day, depending on availability.

Terms And Conditions Of Material Sales
1. All Number 3 and 4 Grade Lumber Is Sold As Is With No Warranty Or Refunds. We will gladly show you a copy of our grading standards, if requested.
2. All Special Ordered, Fabricated, Cut Or Non Stock Items Are Not Returnable.
3. 20% Restocking/Handling fee Will Be Assessed On All Steel and Iron products that are returned.
4. No partial returns allowed on lumber purchases. Pre-purchase selection of pickets is available for a 20% up-charge.
5. All Returns Require An Original Receipt And Must Be Completed With 30 Days.
6. $35.00 Charge Will Be Assessed For Each Check Returned.
