The first Egg & I Restaurant will be opening in Austin, Texas on Monday, January 30.

The restaurant will be located near Anderson Lane and Burnet Road. The day before the restaurant is officially open, there will be a training day at the store where all of the proceeds will go directly towards the Austin Humane Society.

On the day of the grand opening, the first 144 guests to arrive at the restaurant will be given a $20 gift card for the Egg & I Restaurant. There are rumors that people plan on camping out outside of the restaurant to be the first through it's doors at 6:00 a.m. This will be the 15th Egg & I Restaurant to open in Texas.
