How our 105% Price Guarantee works:

Simply show us (in person, by email or fax) a copy of a competitor’s quote. You can fax to 972-293-3907 or you can email to Viking@vikingfence.com. You can also provide a link to the product on the competitor’s website. We will confirm the lower price and, if applicable, refund 105% of the difference or apply it to the purchase. Plus, if you see a lower advertised price within 7 days of your purchase, we’ll refund 105% of the difference.

Qualifications for our Lowest Price Guarantee

1. Product must be identical to the one offered on our website, be in-stock, and available for purchase
2. Guarantee does not apply to items designated as clearance items.
3. Promotional codes or other discounts from the competitor will not be included in determining the price difference.
4. Product must be new
5. Competitor cannot be a liquidation or auction site.
6. Non-local or out of state competitors/quotes must include the appropriate freight costs to customer’s location
7. We reserve the right to not sell any products below our cost, and to limit quantities as necessary.
8. Please note that some of the products that we sell are tied to commodity prices (e.g. steel), which sometimes can be volatile in price, which is why we can only guarantee your price for 7 days.
